These building are made from extremely poor quality materials.   They do not last in our Australian conditions.

• Not coloubond just chinese paint.

• Not built on skids

• Base is bolted together

• Walls siliconed in

• PVC plumbing. Not the Au standard.
  No form 7 for plumbing compliance

• Thin floor coverings

• No glazing certificate for windows

• ​No fall on roof.
